Meat Consumption: Are We Eating Like There’s No Tomorrow?

You’re invited to attend this free public lecture and panel discussion about meats. What are meats? What are some of the nutritional and cultural values of these foods? What are the ecological, ethical, and health-related implications of a meat-rich diet? These are some of the questions that will be addressed. Five scholars will apply their research, experience, and Christian faith to this complex topic.
